Rated to 400kg and built from 3mm wall thickness 70x70mm tubing, the HD1 half rack is not only great for all your barbell work, but thanks to its rock solid 400mm length welded brackets on the main tubes, its also stable enough for kipping pullups and muscle ups. Its a half rack but has the stability of a full cage.

With height adjustable 33mm diameter chinup bar, this rack can handle all your suspension training and rings training. The pullup bar adjusts from 2005mm, 2120mm, 2270mm to 2420mm in height. The floor tubes (that run front to back) are 1330mm long for maximum stability. This rack comes with 2x heavy duty 8mm plate steel J hooks.
