This bar has 50mm diameter rotating end sleeves with brass bushing. Compatible with any Olympic plates. This bar also comes with screw lock safety collars. Bar diameter is 30mm, bar net weight is 21kg. Bar centre has built in pad for greater comfort. Safety handles have shoulder pads, plus rubber grips, and are spaced 38cm apart.
