After asking our customers what they wanted in a high quality GHD bench, we came up with this design. We start with heavy gauge 2.5mm wall thickness tubing, then add wheels at the back so its easy to move around. The frame itself is sand blasted, rust treated, then powdercoated black. In the middle we add a linear bearing slide system for effortless adjustment, plus a locking pop pin so the foot plate stays rock solid with no unwanted movement. At the top we use hard foam for the foot plate pads and half round knee rest. We also added a safety pad at the front.

All this adds up to a quality bench, and a fantastic user experience that will last for many years to come.
