We recently ordered some equipment from Cyberfit. The website was clear that some would be on backorder until the following week. Greg from Cyberfit emailed me and advised that most of the stock would be arriving next week and that they would ship after that. However if this was not going to be suitable, I was offered a full refund. With our Club re-launching the following weekend, I was hoping to have it all by then. Greg then went above and beyond and had most of the equipment air freighted to us (at their cost), from Sydney, in order for us to have it there at Relaunch. I love to work with businesses that can go that extra mile to satisfy a customer, and these guys certainly did.
