Shipping & Returns

We ship small items via Australia Post (up to 20kg max), cartons via Hunter Express Couriers and heavy items including pallets via Northline. We ship all item insured, so there are no worries about items not arriving or arriving damaged. Shipment tracking is available for all courier and postal items.

We provide a 30 day right of return, which applies to all products that fail to meet the product specifications or differ significantly from the product description. All product returns need to be accompanied with a return materials authorisation letter or email from us.

For orders sent via Courier, undelivered or unclaimed items will be returned to us automatically by the courier company. We strongly advise providing us with a daytime phone number to maximise the chances of a sucessful first delivery attempt. If the address is unattended during the day please advise us so we can inform the courier to call before making the delivery. We can only deliver couriered items to street addresses - PO Boxes are not allowed for courier delivery.

For items sent via Australia Post, the postal service will generally leave a card in the box if the address us unattended at the time of delivery. We can deliver postal items to PO Boxes.
