Integrated risers allow the platform to be raised from 20.5cm up to 35.5cm. High grade non slip rubber surface allows for all types of high impact and high intensity work outs.

Added resistance tubes lock into integrated locators at the base of the risers, giving you the flexibility of either using free weights or the provided resistance tubes for a total body workout. Internal storage compartment under the raised platform allows for safe storage of provided power bands and other small accessories.
