In addition to your regular barbell training, core trainers offer a myriad of additional exercises that require you to use your core muscles to stabilise yourself. By adding additional handle types to your core trainer, you can add a far greater range of lifts. The row handle is great for bentover rows, the single ball attachment is great for including grip strength training in to your routine, and the supine grip clean and jerk handle is useful for shoulder press, shrugs, squat and deadlift movements.
The clean and jerk handles measure 130cm x 75cm, 55cm wide grips handles, which pivot on roller bearings for ultra smooth rotation and a far longer life span than brass bushing. Tube profile is 50cm x 70cm x 3mm wall thickness. Clean and jerk handles weight 15kg.
All handles are powdercoated carbon matte black.
