This system utilises a newly designed twin slide, which increases stability and greatly reduces friction. This system comes with 2 free attachments:

94cm lat bar with rubber grip handles

40cm straight bar with rubber grip handles

Supplied in either alpine white or carbon black - we'll send the colour that matches your Power rack package. All required pulleys, cables and mounting bolts are supplied with this kit. The plate pegs on this pulley system support both Standard plates, or Olympic plates (using the supplied adapter sleeves). Recommended maximum load is 140kg.

Optional leg pad (pictured) prevents the user from lifting off the bench when doing heavy lat pulldowns.

The hi-lo pulley attachment adds an additional 30cm depth and 8cm height to your LC2.1 rack. If you are ordering the plate loaded version without the 210lb weight stack, you will also need to allow some space behind the rack to account for the diameter of the weight plates being loaded on the carriage. E.g. a 40cm diameter weight plate will project outwards 20cm from the rear of the hi-lo pulley.

Please note, this pulley system fit racks supplied after December 2017. Pre December 2017 racks will require an adaptor kit to allow correct fitment - please email us for details.
