This barbell is ideal for using with our bumper plates, and is suitable for Olympic lifting, powerlifting and strength training. Great for deadlifts - the 28.5mm diameter bar is easy to grip and the alloy steel gives it a little bit of whip. Having a black zinc surface finish leaves the knurling a little deeper, giving the bar fantastic grip.

Bearings are hardened steel needle tapered rollers, designed for high impact.

This bar possesses 50mm diameter free-rotating ends, which are compatible with any Olympic plates. Diameter is 28.5mm, net weight 20kg.
