Perfect for crossfit or lifting gyms who need a light training bar to get people started in Olympic lifting. At only 8kg this bar allows technique to be honed without using excessive weight. The gap between the plate stops is 128cm so you can still fit this bar on to racks, squat stands, etc. The end sleeves are attached using crclip fasteners, so they won't come loose.
