If you are familiar with the Smith-functional trainer concept you'll know they handle exercises like free weight and Smith press/squat, but they miss a few of the more traditional gym machine exercises. So why not add jammer arms, which add a wide array of leverage gym lifts with either free weight or cable resistance?
Now the original concept for this all in one machine also offers leverage flat and incline press, leverage squats, shoulder press, deadlift, rows. Add your own Olympic weight plates for resistance, or attach the arms to the functional trainer cables and utilise the 100kg weight stacks for the resistance!
